Project Description: Luxury 40 story building located on A1A built in 2006. Investigation of building exterior deficiencies including stucco evaluation, post tension cables, and core samplings.
Professional Services: Engineering specifications, Structural Design, and construction management for structural repair and replacement; concrete repair of balcony edges, waterproofing and painting. Services include; review of project schedule, pay requests, and daily supervision.
Atlantic Pavilion, LLC
Project Description: Three story commercial office building with multi-level parking garage – complete interior build-out and exterior replacement.
Professional Services: Site development and construction documents; exterior design and development, interior build-out.
Coronado at Highland Beach
Project Description: Two eighteen story buildings with 334 residential units; concrete restoration, balcony/screen repairs and replacement and fire line repair.

Project Description: Crystal Lake CC – New Clubhouse and Golf Cart Building – site planning and development, County civil environmental water management design, coordination and permitting; construction coordination and administration.

Project Description: Waste Management Facility for solid waste processing for a five (5) acre parcel of land –Site design and civil drainage plans; Ramp and sorting line construction management.

Deerfield Park Professional Center
Project Description: Crain Atlantis Engineering performed civil and structural engineering services for the creation of a 5 acre, 55,000 sq. ft.professional office complex. This included surveying/mapping, roadway/ site design, preparation of construction documentation, and underground utility design for elements such as water mains, fire protection, storm water, and the sanitary sewer system. Additionally, CAE performed site grading and storm water modeling and design, project permitting, construction management, construction observations, and review of all shop drawings. The project was completed on time, in accordance with schedule, and under budget. The professional office complex was a huge success. The project value was over 14 million dollars.
Project Description: This project is a renovation and restoration of 1.25-acre existing commercial building into a Class “A” office building housing a complete broadcast,television studio. Crain Atlantis Engineeringhas performed civil engineering services for Record Enterprise since 2005 and has worked diligently to transform this once old warehouse into a state of the art facility in the heart of Lighthouse Point, Florida. Our services have included the construction management, design,and complete construction coordination of a new, updated drainage system for the property. Additionally, we have provided all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing,environmental, civil and structural engineering design for the project.
SBBC Transportation Terminal
Project Description: Crain Atlantis Engineering performed civil engineering, architectural design, and construction management on the South Bus Terminal located at 900 S. University Drive, Pembroke Pines. The shelter was expanded to add three canopies and a fuel pump upgrade was designed and replaced as to accommodate a swift refueling process, vehicle repairs, and routine maintenance procedures.
During the construction phase Crain Atlantis Engineering provided construction administration, engineering services, and project management for the Broward County School Board. We met the School Board of Broward County’s challenges in a significant way so that fuel up operations and bus transit for many schools in Broward County could function more efficiently, effectively, and without delay while construction was underway.
