Two eighteen story buildings with 334 residential units; concrete restoration, balcony/screen repairs and replacement and fire line repair. Built in the 1980's, the Coronado Condominium, located on the intercoastal waterway, is a 14-story upscale complex that required a comprehensive, existing condition inspections for the entire complex from roof to common areas. Crain Atlantis was tasked to perform a detailed objective study and engineering report with emphasis on structural conditions, life safety, ADA compliance and current code compliance, including a budgetary assessment and reserve funding study. CA also developed structural specifications and performed special inspections to remedy post-tensioned cable structural damage.
