The scope of this proposal provides drawings and specifications to renovate finishes and fixtures in two hundred (200) rooms. Crain Atlantis performed the replacement of existing bathtub to prefabricated shower pans; installation of new linear drains; raised plumbing fixture heights; installed new floor tile to extend into rooms; replaced existing bathroom mirrors with new vanity mirrors with integral LED lights; replaced bi-fold closet doors with new louvered doors; replaced all furniture and light fixtures in rooms; replaced carpet in rooms; mounted television to wall; replaced existing light switches; and removed and replaced soffit at room entry alcove.
Crain Atlantis has an ongoing project with the eight-story Hilton Doubletree, where we’ve been working to remodel, restore, and ultimately update 220 existing guest rooms and complete an ADA Compliance Report. Our design team was able to utilize point clouds created through RealityCapture images in order to draw up remodeling plans with incredible dimensional accuracy margin of up to 1/8 of an inch. The actual conditions and dimensions of each room scanned with RealityCapture can be seen in every single proposed room plan.
